A Washington State Nuclear Power plant (WPPSS aka "whoops") was abandoned in the 1970's because of soaring costs. The site was finally transformed into a unique business/technology park, Satsop Development Park. The costs were too high to demolish the existing towers and unfinished buildings so an ongoing project was devised to disguise the ruins with art and make the campus human friendly.
