Return Policy and Warranties for Mural Prints:
Unless specified, no warranty is offered, implied nor suggested. All sales are final.
Return Authorization
We do not accept returns without prior authorization. If you would like to return a product, you must call 1-800 868-7257 for authorization. Products may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date if they are still in the original condition and original packaging. All returned window murals are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees for products are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. For exchange of products differing from the original order, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges incurred. A credit will be applied to your account once the merchandise is returned in its original condition.
Products Damaged In Shipping
All packages are insured for damage in shipment. Please keep all original packaging showing signs of shipment damage and call 1 800 868-7257 for getting a replacement.
Custom/Specialty Orders
Specialty products such larger than standard mural prints or mural prints on non-standard media are not returnable and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
